TERMS OF USE

When you order from Scrubby.com (Bundle Group AB, organization number: 559432-9731), you accept all purchase and delivery terms stated below. Cookies are used to improve our service. By using this website, you agree to the use of cookies.

1. Purchase
A purchase is considered completed when you, as a customer, have received an order confirmation via email. We will immediately send an order confirmation to your email after receiving your order. Please check that the address details are correct when you receive your order confirmation and ensure that your last name is listed on your door/mailbox. To shop with Scrubby, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. Remember to save your order confirmation as proof of purchase, provided that the payment has been completed.

2. Payment
We offer several payment options through our partners, including card payment and direct bank transfer.

3. Delivery
We process your order within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Your goods will then be delivered within 5–10 business days with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays and public holidays. The delivery time may vary depending on your location and the products you ordered. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible, and you can always track your order. You can track your package via the "Track Order" feature on our website. If you do not collect your package in time, it will be returned to us, and a fee of SEK 200 will be charged for unclaimed packages.

4. Right of Withdrawal/Open Purchase
You always have the right to cancel your purchase and return the goods within 30 days from receipt. The goods must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging with any tags and labels intact. The item and packaging must be well protected during transport. If the item/packaging is not in new condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or make a deduction for depreciation. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost. Digital products are not covered by the right of withdrawal. When returning parts of an order where a discount code was used, we may need to adjust the price of the remaining items to the original price.

5. Reservations
Scrubby reserves the right to change prices due to significant price changes from suppliers, typographical errors, or other errors beyond our control. See more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.

6. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Scrubby's control (such as war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, or other comparable events) that prevent Scrubby from fulfilling its contractual obligations to you as a customer, Scrubby is exempt from liability for being unable to fulfill the agreement due to these circumstances.

7. Transport Risk
We ship your order with a shipping company adapted to the destination. If your package is lost or damaged during transport, Scrubby is responsible for this. In the case of returns, you and the shipping company are responsible for the risk. If the return does not reach us, you must pay for your order. We recommend that returns are sent as a trackable shipment, and you should provide the tracking number to us upon request.

8. Damaged Goods
Check the package upon receipt. If the packaging or contents are damaged, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than one week after receipt.

9. Personal Data
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By registering and placing an order, you agree that we store and use your data in accordance with GDPR. You have the right to access, request correction, or deletion of your data.

10. Customer Service
Our customer service is available via email. We strive to respond within 24 hours on business days, often faster.

11. Complaints
If you receive a defective item, you can file a complaint with us. We will replace it with a new, flawless item. Pay the invoice on time to avoid extra costs during the complaint process. The processing time for complaints is usually 10–15 business days but may vary.

12. Canceling an Order
It is not possible to cancel an order after confirmation. However, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal/open purchase.

13. International Purchases
We sell to many parts of the world, and our central warehouse is located outside the EU. When ordering to a country outside our warehouse's borders, you are considered the importer of the goods. This means you are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, and other import-related costs that may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authority in your country and vary depending on the value, type, and origin of the goods. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities for detailed information about potential costs before completing your purchase. Please note that these fees are not predictable by us and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

14. Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Agreements
Scrubby follows the law on distance contracts and off-premises agreements. We protect your privacy and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection.
